✦ GLOBAL TERMS ✦

- Public Blacklist can be found on my Discord Server
- Lots of people are permanently blacklisted here, but I believe in giving people a chance to change. If you're blacklisted and think you shouldn't be, reach me out!
- I had way too much bad experiences with people backing out for commissions or adopts.
- Dm'ing me expressing interest in one of my commissions or adopts, only to later mention a lack of willingness to make a purchase, even before discussing payments, is also considered as a backout. It's rude to do that + is a lot of false hopes and waste of time for the artist.✦ PAYMENT + PLANS + HOLDS
- Payment via PayPal or Ko-fi. (You can pay with card on Ko-fi, no need to create an account.)
- Payment plans and Holds are accepted with a down payment. It can be discussed depending on the price.
- If you didn't pay anything upfront for your hold/payment plan and someone else can pay upfront in the meantime, I’ll have to accept.
- I do not refund for commissions nor adopts. This is done because I pay taxes everytime I receive money for legal reasons and also to avoid any trouble with scamming and people reselling/trading the unwatermarked versions they received.✦ COMMISSIONS
- I will start the drawing when the full amount is paid.
- Commissions status are given via Trello.
- I no longer provide privately Work in Progress (WIP) updates due to the high volume of commissions and the inefficiency it generates. Stopping in the middle of a drawing often diminishes my motivation to continue. You can however see some WIPs in my Discord server and Twitch
- Alternatively, I offer extra revisions once the commission is finished, but there is a fee of +20€~30€ for this service.
- Will take around 1-3 weeks to finish (based on how detailed the character is and on queue number).
- All commissions will be posted on my social media and become one of my portfolio.
- Private commissions (+ 100€)
- Rush commissions (+ 60€)
- NSFW (+ 50€)
- Commercial use (x3 regular price)
- I have the right to refuse a commission if I'm not comfortable or confident about it.

✦ DESIGNS AND CLOSED SPECIES TERMS ✦

- You can resell the adoptable for their total value (original price + commissions, etc).
- Do not delete the ToyHouse profile of the design. They are made to keep track of them.
- You must have the unedited, full file of the adopt to resell/trade/gift it.✦ MYO SLOTS - "Make Your Own", concerning any of my closed species
- After a design is approved, it cannot be returned to being a slot.
- A design is not an official MYO until it's approved by me.
- You can commission another artist to design your slot for you.✦ DISCLAIMER:
- Breaking or disrespecting rules may lead to a permanent ban or blacklist. Blacklisted users lose the right to commission me/obtain and own my designs. Ownership of my designs may be revoked.
