✦ TERMS OF SERVICE ✦

If you buy a service or a product from me, I assume you have read and agreed to these terms.

✦ COMMISSIONS TERMS ✦
^{By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms and conditions}✦ REQUIREMENT
- The client provides a detailed character design or a number of references needed. References from the character only as a partial reference part do not plagiarize the entire design and are legal for the client to use.
- The Artist has the right to refuse a commission if they're not comfortable or confident about it.
- After the final sketch is completed there will be no revisions, only applicable if minor revisions.
- All agreements between Artist and Client regarding price, delivery time, and other details must be agreed upon before work begins.✦ TIMELINE & PROCESS
- Work completion will take 3 weeks or more according to the difficulty of the character details.
- Artist will provide some updates to the client and make sure there are revisions or not.
- Delivery will be provided via VGen.
- If there is any issue including delay in delivery, Artist will inform Client for additional time subject to Client's approval.✦ REVISIONS
There will be 2 revisions :
- Major revisions can only be done in the rough sketch update section,
- Only minor revisions allowed during the coloring process.
- For revisions that exceed 2 times there will be additional costs.
- Revision process will affect or extend the timeline.
- No nitpicking allowed. Please respect the artist's time. If you can't provide centralized feedback and prefer to propose modifications bit by bit, we may not be able to accept your order.✦ RIGHT, USAGE & CREDIT
- Client have to give credit to the Artist when publishing on social medias.
- Commercial Use Tier 1 - Streaming / content use (x1.5 total price)
- Commercial Use Tier 2 - Tier 1 included + Merchandise / ads / print (x3 total price)
- The client has full rights to sell or give the drawing/design as they want.
- Client does not edit or modify the work without permission from the Artist.✦ PAYMENTS & FEE
- Client pays in full upfront.
- Payment plans and Holds are accepted with a down payment. It can be discussed depending on the price.
- Prices will vary according to complexity, requirements and if there are any additional requests.
- Work will only be delivered digitally there will be no physical delivery.✦ CANCELATIONS & REFUNDS
- Client will not be able to make a cancellation request when the payment has been made.
- Same when the work is finished, the Client will not be able to request a refund.✦ COMMUNICATION
- Ongoing communication and discussion only occurs to discuss the project.
- Communication can also be done on Discord, Twitter or Instagram.
- Artist responses may vary, be sure that within 24 hours the Artist will respond as well as possible.
- Please use courtesy when communicating.✦ ADD-ONS
- All commissions will be posted on my social media and become one of my portfolio.
- Private commissions (x2 total price)
- Additional character (+ 80% each)
- Rush commissions (+ 50%)NSFW (+ 50€)

✦ DESIGNS AND CLOSED SPECIES TERMS ✦
^{By purchasing a character design from me, you agree to the following terms and conditions}✦ OWNERSHIP RIGHTS
- You may credit me @CELEXIA as the designer on ToyHouse. I really enjoy seeing artworks and stories of my designs~
- After purchasing a character design from me, they belong to you. You may use them for whatever you wish (for personal purpose) such as giving them backstory, name, changing their gender, outfits, etc.
- As the artist, I retain all rights and ownership of the original illustration. You shall authorize me to use the original illustration for posting it on my sites (included process wip, time-lapse video), presenting it in my future artbook, portfolio, exhibition.
- You can modify the design a little after purchasing but don't edit the original artwork without asking for my permission.
- You can't claim that the design or the original art is made by you.
- Please credit me for the design where necessary.
- Contact me if you want to use my design for commercial work, it will cost extra depending on the project.✦ RIGHT, USAGE & CREDIT

- Contrary to regular commissions, moodboard preclaims have no revisions allowed. You can choose the hairstyle and the lingerie first for your character, then I will design the rest based on the moodboard you bought.✦ RESELLING/TRADING/GIFTING A DESIGN
- You can resell the adoptable for their total value (original price + commissions, etc).
- Do not delete the ToyHouse profile of the design. They are made to keep track of them.
- You must have the unedited, full file of the adopt to resell/trade/gift it.✦ CO-OWNERSHIP
- Co-ownership is allowed, as long as you manage to pay the full amount to me.
- I'm not responsible for any conflicts regarding the ownership of the adopt later. You must manage those issues yourself.✦ MYO SLOTS - "Make Your Own", concerning any of my closed species
- After a design is approved, it cannot be returned to being a slot.
- A design is not an official MYO until it's approved by me.
- You can commission another artist to design your slot for you.✦ DISCLAIMER
